MoonstoneForge offers handmade and custom 3D-printed products. Due to the nature of 3D printing, very minor imperfections, layer lines, or slight color variations may occur. Color variations may also result from material availability or material-specific properties. These characteristics are considered normal and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is required before orders are processed or shipped.

  • Custom orders may require approval and additional production time before work begins.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type.

  • MoonstoneForge is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery.

  • Proof of damage may be required.

Product Use and Safety

  • Many items sold by MoonstoneForge are collectibles or decorative items and are not toys.

  • Products may contain small parts and are not intended for young children.

  • MoonstoneForge is not responsible for misuse of products.

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of MoonstoneForge or are used under valid commercial licenses obtained by MoonstoneForge, unless otherwise stated. Licensed designs are sold as physical printed products only. Digital files are not included with any purchase.
